บทคัดย่อ
สำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ได้จัดงานศิลปหัตถกรรมนักเรียนเพื่อมุ่งหวังให้การจัดงานศิลปหัตถกรรมของนักเรียนเป็นเวทีให้นักเรียนแสดงออกถึงความรู้ความสามารถ ทั้งนี้การจัดการแข่งขันงานศิลปหัตถกรรมนักเรียน ระดับชาติ ครั้งที่ 70 ปีการศึกษา 2565 มีกิจกรรมการแข่งขันประดิษฐ์กระทงดอกไม้ธูปเทียนแพ ซึ่งกระทงดอกไม้ธูปเทียนแพ เป็นเครื่องบูชาอย่างไทยรูปแบบหนึ่งที่มีความสำคัญและมีความนิยมประดิษฐ์ใช้ขึ้นเพื่อการบูชาปัจจุบันจะพบเห็นการใช้งานหลายลักษณะในงานที่เป็นมงคลต่าง ๆ ในเกณฑ์การแข่งขันได้มีการกำหนด คุณสมบัติ/ประเภทผู้แข่งขัน วิธีการและรายละเอียดการแข่งขัน เกณฑ์ให้คะแนน/เกณฑ์ตัดสิน และคุณสมบัติของคณะกรรมการการแข่งขัน ในแต่ละประเด็นมีรายละเอียดปลีกย่อยและข้อสำคัญต่าง ๆ โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งกระบวนการประเมินผลงาน การให้คะแนนการตัดสินเป็นสิ่งสำคัญจะต้องมีความสอดคล้องกับเกณฑ์การให้คะแนนที่ได้ระบุไว้ในเกณฑ์การแข่งขัน โดยมีกระบวนการพิจารณา คือ การพิจารณาเกณฑ์การแข่งขันกระทงดอกไม้ธูปเทียนแพ การพิจารณาเกณฑ์การให้คะแนนกระทงดอกไม้ธูปเทียนแพ และการประเมินผลงานการแข่งขันกระทงดอกไม้ธูปเทียนแพ ตั้งแต่กระบวนการก่อนการแข่งขัน กระบวนการประเมินผลงานในวันแข่งขัน และกระบวนการหลังจากการแข่งขัน ซึ่งเป็นกระบวนการประเมินผลงานที่มีความสำคัญที่จะวัดและประเมินผลการแข่งขันกระทงดอกไม้ธูปเทียนแพเป็นไปตามเกณฑ์การแข่งขันมากที่สุด
