Role Perception of Carving Fruits and Vegetables Preservation

Abstract
The objective of this research is to find a relationship between role perception in the preservation of carving fruits and vegetables with individual variables: gender, educational level, experience of fruit and vegetable carving, knowledge of fruit and vegetable carving, opinions of fruit and vegetable carving, and participation in fruit and vegetable carving conservation activities. The research sample was randomly selected from 249 bachelor's degree students of the Home Economics Technology Faculty of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakorn, Rajamangala University of Technology Krungthep, and Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi. The research method was questionnaires, and the collected data was analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics.
The study found that role perception in the preservation of carved fruits and vegetables was at a statistically significant high level. Opinions of fruit and vegetable carving and participating in fruit and vegetable carving conservation activities are related to role perception, with a level of statistical significance set at 0.05. Knowledge of fruit and vegetable carving was not related to role perception in the preservation of carved fruits and vegetables.
