中国籍90后海归企业人才的主观幸福感、经验开放性、行为型文化智商与动机型文化智商的关系

The relationship between returned post-90s Chinese business talents' Subjective well-being, Openness to Experience, Behavioral CQ and Motivational CQ

บทคัดย่อ

本研究旨在探究四个变项-主观幸福感、经验开放性、行为型文化智商与动机型文化智商的关系, 结论能给予中国政府对于90后的海归人才上留才策略以及企业对于海归人才的人力资源管理应用上参 考。本研究发放问卷给103位留泰学成归国的企业人员;应用SPSS 25.0与Process 3.5 版本的 Model 6 进行 Bootstrap 中介效应统计分析,得出(1)员工经验开放性越高,透过越高的动机型文化智商,其主 观幸福感也越高,因此,动机型文化智商具部分中介效用 ;(2)员工动机型文化智商越高,其主观幸福感 越高;(3)员工经验开放性越高,其主观幸福感也越高;(4)员工的经验开放性越高,其动机型文化智商越 高;(5)行为型文化智商对经验开放性与主观幸福感的中介效用不成立;(6)行为型文化智商与动机型文 化智商在经验开放性与主观幸福感的关系产生的双中介效用不成立。
