A Bibliometric Study of Education Management for International Students in China: A Review and Prospect

Abstract

Based on the database of China Knowledge Network (CNKI), the article compares the research results of Chinese scholars on international students' education in China in the past four decades with the 2011 research papers on international students' education in China  from 1993 to 2022, combining bibliometric theory and CiteSpace visualization research tools. It presents the spatial and temporal distribution, hot topics and development trends of the research literature in this field, aiming to reflect the research patterns and trends in the field of education of international students in China in a comprehensive, objective, scientific and visual way, explore the research frontiers, propose future prospects, and provide a reference basis for further research in this field in the academic community.
