A STUDY ON THE USE OF BUSINESS CHINESE FOR COMMUNICATION OF KEAK TOYS (THAILAND) CO., LTD.
Abstract
KEAK toy company of Thailand cooperates with Chinese company to produce and sell toys. In terms of marketing, KEAK Toys needs to have good Chinese proficiency in order to have good business dealings and communication with Chinese companies. The commercial Chinese proficiency of the purchasers directly affects the production and marketing of the Thai KEAK toy company. The purpose of the thesis research shows that the application of business Chinese is very important for the company's production and sales.
The paper analyzes the use of Chinese by the purchasers of Thailand's KEAK toy company who coordinated and communicated with the Chinese company, and explains the current Chinese proficiency of the purchasers and the satisfaction of the Chinese personnel with the use of Chinese by the purchasers. The paper explains the development background of KEAK Toys Company and the company's use of business Chinese. Through the questionnaire survey, the paper explained the situation of Chinese speakers and the Chinese side's satisfaction with the Thai business Chinese application, and pointed out the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of KEAK toy company through SWOT analysis. The paper evaluated the Chinese application of KEAK toy company. The paper pointed out the current problems of KEAK Toys in the application of business Chinese, and put forward suggestions for improvement to improve the Chinese proficiency of purchasers and strengthen communication and business dealings with the Chinese side.
The research results show that the Chinese side is very satisfied with the Chinese language service of KEAK toys and the staff. But they also need to improve document writing and translation skills. The Chinese communication between Thai and Chinese is mainly through email and QQ, so it is very important to have good Chinese writing skills. Therefore, KEAK toy company should strengthen the training of business Chinese writing for purchasers in order to better cooperate with China to promote the production and sales of toys.
