EXPLORATION AND ANALVSIS OF THE MANAGEMENT MODE OF THE PREPARATION OF RECORDS IN COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES——TAKING T UNIVERSITIES AS AN EXAMPLE

Abstract

In order to compile and manage the important components of self-management in colleges and universities, with the development of social economic system and education system, the functions of colleges and universities have also changed. The traditional management system of China's preparation and approval system lags behind, which seriously restricts the development of colleges and universities. In this paper, through the research on the current situation of the management model of T University, combined with the four research methods of literature analysis, observation research, questionnaire survey, interview method, etc., the conclusions are drawn and the suggestions for solving the problems are contributed.

Firstly, it analyzes the research background, research purposes and research significance of the staffing system of the T University implementation staff; sorts out the policy basis and literature of the T University in the preparation of the post filing system reform, and the method used by the author in the research process (observation literature analysis) The research framework of law, observation research method, questionnaire survey method and interview method; secondly, through analyzing the current situation of T University's preparation management, analysis of existing problems and reform status, and finding out the existing problems and causes based on the analysis of survey data; The current situation of the preparation and management of the college proposes the implementation of the reform and optimization strategy for the preparation of the post filing system, the implementation of the reform, the strategy system and the safeguard measures. Finally, the conclusions of the research method are summarized and the suggestions for solving the problems are contributed.

Through research and analysis, it is concluded that promoting the transformation of government functions, expanding the autonomy of running schools, and implementing the filing system for posts are the direction for colleges and universities to forge ahead. At the same time, we will broaden the transformation path of T University, continuously improve the management level, and Provide reference value for the establishment reform and development of local universities and other units.
