A RESEARCH OF CHINESE SERVICES IN BANGKOK SAFARI WORLD

Abstract

The objective of the research thesis is to investigate and a analyze the circumstances of Chinese language service at Safari World, By researching and analyzing  the quality of Chinese language service of Safari World ,  Demonstrating  the significance of improving Chinese language service in order to attract and facilitate the Chinese and overseas Chinese tourists when come to travel. This research is using the survey research, the interview  and the method of Literature analysis . By examination and analysis of Chinese language services in Safari World  can make more understand the working situation of Chinese language service at Safari World .

This thesis describes the overview of Safari World and Chinese language services, surveys Chinese language services in Safari World, Analyzes the results of the survey and evaluates  Safari World's Chinese language service. This thesis raises  the existing problems of providing Chinese language services in Safari World. Coming up with the suggestions and the  measures for improvement .The Research’s results show that Safari World provides relatively good overally for Chinese language services. As well as serving Chinese tourists quite well .

            The biggest problem of providing  Chinese language service in  Safari World is the shortage of the Chinese language service staffs,  the backward construction of the website which cannot meet the needs of Chinese tourists who seek for tourism advice. In order to solve these problems, Safari World needs to increase the Chinese language service staffs, Strengthen the management for the website, And provide more the information in Chinese language. In terms of management, it is necessary to strengthen the training course for Chinese language service staffs, improve Chinese language service and the quality of Chinese language service.
