Abstract

Nowadays, China is considered a great power. It also has a production capacity boasted to be number one in the world and in business between Thailand and China. Both countries are trading partners who have traded products for many years. Moreover, many Chinese and Thai entrepreneurs have turned their attention to more exhibitions. The reason that the trade show is popular because of marketing activities. That easier to measure than public relations, advertising or other types of marketing, with budget that can be assessed.

In Thailand, there is an exhibition place is BITEC BANGNA which is a globally recognized and also used as an international exhibition venue. In one year, there will be many events at this location, such as food, automotive, plastics, travel, furniture trade fairs in Thailand, or even a world-class conference in PROPAK ASIA fair, which is an important place.

With this article about an analyze the Chinese language usage of BITEC BANGNA staff. There are many parts, which are an analyzed the Chinese proficiency of service staff and Chinese on the website of the trade show. Including explaining the data (questionnaire) from customers who receive Chinese service satisfaction form of Chinese Organizers and Customers, summarize the use of Chinese for business communication by BITEC BANGNA staff and the author will apply SWOT theory to find strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and obstacles of the trade show (BITEC BANGNA exhibition in Thailand). In addition, when reader finished reading will understand Chinese language services, as well as identify problems and propose solutions to develop more quality Chinese language services.
