Abstract

Thailand Linglong Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of Shandong Linglong Tire Co., Ltd., is one of the largest industry in the Himalayan Industrial Zone. Its registered capital of 898.4 million baht, is considered one of the largest tire industry. Over the past three years, China's tire exports have been recognized as the fastest growing industries, access to the investment committee (BOI) in the entire company funded the highest foreign exchange earnings and launched a loyalty program. Because Shandong Linglongtire company for the first time set up factories in Thailand, Thai employees and Chinese employees work together, so the Chinese is the most important way of language communication.

This paper focuses on the study of the use of Chinese translators in Linglong (Thailand) company. Through the investigation and analysis of the use of Chinese in Linglong Company in Thailand, this paper puts forward some countermeasures on the situation of Chinese translators in Linglong Company and the problems encountered in the use of Chinese translation. It is recommended to improve the level of Chinese language used by translators in Eastern industrial work.

Based on the questionnaire survey and information on the use of Chinese in 21 Chinese translators, the study found that most of the Thai translators were translated according to Chinese demand, but the translation of industry terminology was not accurate at work, The proper use of terminology is a relatively complex issue. The company has to arrange experienced translators to train employees. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the training skills of translators in Chinese language to improve the Chinese language use ability of translators, thus alleviating the work In the language of the exchange.
