Abstract

Due to the influence of rapid economic development in China has affected the world. China has become a major consumer electronics market. While Thailand is engaged in household electrical appliances business with China. Business English has become a major trading language as well. Whether in business negotiations. Or business processes. Or the impact on business culture. Although Thailand uses English as the official language in the trade. And all countries that have to trade with China closely. It is often necessary to use Chinese. Especially in Thailand, China has more and more trade relations. Business Chinese is the main language in the operation. This thesis presents the operation of household electrical appliances in Thailand. And most important is the implementation of China's import and export.

This research is designed to demonstrate the working relationship between Chinese suppliers and Thai purchasing staff of Thai Habel Industrial Company Limited. The company's staff however does not have enough chinese language skills . Risk assessment showed that it could be a factor that may cause misunderstanding considering the difference of culture and tradition between China and Thailand. Learning chinese language may eliminate misunderstandings and avoid conflict so that both sides can work together very well. It will help develop the organization's product quality improvement and help achieve the company's objectives
