Abstract

Tourism is considered one of the economic developments for Thailand. Referring to Thailand, the major individuals is familiar with this area, especially Chinese. They are in the top rank of travelers visiting this kingdom. Furthermore, one of the top tourist attractions in Thailand is Jim Thompson house museum; the residence of the king of Thai silk. On the basis of the results, here are some suggestions to make impressive change on the service; (1) Launch more tourism service websites in Chinese (2) Provide large quantity of Chinese guides for Chinese visitors (3) Come up with new ways to improve the service (4) Impress and inspire visitors to spread the word to their peers as a way to promote Thailand tourism.
