A STUDY ON THE BUSINESS CHINESE USAGE BY THE DEPARTMENT OF CHINESE AFFAIRS OF BANGKOK BANK

Abstract

The purpose of thesis is the Chinese usage of the Department of Overseas Chinese Affairs of Bangkok Bank. The purpose of thesis is that throughanalyzing the application of Chinese business to indicate the important role of Chinese business on the business of Bangkok Bank, point out importance of developing China'sfinancial markets. Through researching theseChinese service personnel and analyzing theirChinese level and working condition, find out some problems;put forward improved suggestions and methods of resolving these problems. The studies have shown that improving the quality of Chineseservice of Bangkok Bank and establishing the management system on Chinese personnel trainingwhich conducive Bangkok bank open up Chinese market and attract more Chinese customers. The research method is that through questionnaires, filed investigation and Chinese service’s information of Bangkok Bank make analysis ofquantitative and qualitative.
