Abstract

The purposes of this research were: 1) 1. To compare English listening and speaking skills before and after learning management by applying video on YouTube with the concept of teaching English for communication of secondary school students in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya province. 2. To study the opinions of secondary school after receiving a learning management by applying videos on YouTube together with the concept of Communicative Language Teaching (CLT) to develop English listening and speaking skills. Populations are Secondary School students in Bang Pa-in district, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya province, there are 100 students under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya by sampling by random stratification of 40 people. It is an English learning plan that combines YouTube videos with the concept of Communicative Language Teaching (CLT), an English listening test, English speaking skills test and a questionnaire on students’ opinions after the experiment. Used statistics were mean, standard deviation and independent t-test. The results showed that: 1) Grade 9 students had English listening and speaking skills after the learning management by applying videos on YouTube together with the concept of Communicative Language teaching (CLT) was higher than before the experiment with statistical significance at the .05 level and 2)  Grade 9 students who were managed to learn by applying YouTube videos with the concept of Communicative Language Teaching (CLT) to develop their skills, English listening and speaking, their opinions on teaching and learning management were at a high level (Mean= 4.21), indicating that learning management by applying videos on YouTube together with the concept of Communicative Language Teaching (CLT) can improve listening and learning skills. speak effectively. Learner’s practice using the language in a meaningful way and have the confidence to use English correctly.
