The construction of Thayoy-nok Sam Chan song in Piphat Mai Khang Kreang Khu ensemble adjustment technique by national artist Prasit Thawon instructional package using Mentimeter for 3rd year undergraduate students major in Music Education

Abstract

This research aimed to 1) construct the Thayoy-nok Sam Chan song in Piphat Mai Khang Kreang Khu ensemble adjustment technique instructional package using Mentimeter that meet the efficiency index criteria at 80/80 and 2) compare students’ achievement between a group using Mentimeter and a standard instructional group. This research was using quantitative research methodology.

          The results of this research were as follow:

           1) Efficiency indexes of constructed instructional package were testing through three stages. The individual testing stage had the efficiency of 80.20/81.73. The group testing stage had the efficiency of 81.18/83.21. The field testing stage had the efficiency of 81.14/84.12. Lastly, Efficiency indexes of constructed instructional package were higher than the set criterion score 80/80.

           2) Students who utilized a constructed instructional package demonstrated significantly higher achievements in Thai ensemble adjustment compared to a standard instructional group, with statistical significance established at the 0.05 level.
