คุณสมบัติพื้นฐานและองค์ประกอบที่จำเป็นของการเป็นนักศิลปะการละครที่ดี:มุมมองของตัวแทนผู้สอนในสถาบันการศึกษาทั้งภาครัฐและเอกชนในไทย Fundamental Qualities and Essential Components of Quality Performing Artist: Perspectives of Instructors from Public and Private Educational Institutions in Thailand

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาคุณสมบัติพื้นฐานและองค์ประกอบที่จำเป็นของการเป็นนักศิลปะการละครที่ดี ในมุมมองของตัวแทนผู้สอนในสถาบันการศึกษาทั้งภาครัฐและเอกชน โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยแบบผสม (Mixed Method Research) ผู้ให้ข้อมูลจำนวน 16 คน ประกอบด้วยอาจารย์ผู้สอนทางด้านศิลปะการแสดงและนาฏศิลป์ไทยจากสถาบันการศึกษาในระดับอุดมศึกษา 15 แห่ง ครอบคลุม 5 ภูมิภาคของประเทศไทย และมีประสบการณ์การสอนมากกว่า 5 ปี เก็บข้อมูลผ่านการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกและแบบสำรวจความคิดเห็นออนไลน์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา (Content Analysis) สถิติพรรณนา และค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องของเนื้อหา (Index of Item-Objective Congruence: IOC)
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า คุณสมบัติพื้นฐานของการเป็นนักศิลปะการละครที่ดีประกอบด้วยองค์ประกอบ 4 มิติหลัก ได้แก่ มิติด้านร่างกาย มิติด้านความคิดและอารมณ์ มิติด้านความสัมพันธ์ และมิติด้านวิชาชีพ เครื่องมือวิจัยผ่านการตรวจสอบความสอดคล้องเชิงเนื้อหาโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 3 ท่าน (IOC = 0.67–1.00) และเมื่อนำรายการประเมิน 15 ข้อให้ผู้ให้ข้อมูลพิจารณาความเหมาะสม พบว่าทุกรายการได้รับคะแนนเฉลี่ยความเหมาะสมในระดับมากที่สุด สะท้อนความเห็นพ้องของผู้ให้ข้อมูลต่อความสำคัญของรายการประเมินดังกล่าว โดยรายการ "วุฒิภาวะ" ได้รับคะแนนเต็มที่ร้อยละ 100 ในขณะที่กลุ่มคุณสมบัติด้านวินัยและความรับผิดชอบ ความตั้งใจและความมุ่งมั่นในการพัฒนาตนเอง และทักษะทางการแสดง เป็นกลุ่มคุณสมบัติที่ผู้ให้ข้อมูลให้ความสำคัญสูงสุดในการตอบคำถามปลายเปิด ผลการวิจัยชี้ให้เห็นว่าคุณสมบัติพื้นฐานของนักศิลปะการละครที่ดีไม่ได้จำกัดเพียงทักษะเชิงเทคนิค หากแต่ครอบคลุมการพัฒนาแบบองค์รวมที่บูรณาการสมรรถนะทางร่างกาย จิตใจ สังคม และวิชาชีพอย่างสมดุล
