การวิจัยประเมินความต้องการจำเป็นเพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมสู่ประชาคมอาเซียนของนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏวไลยอลงกรณ์ ในพระบรมราชูปถัมภ์

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

    การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบระดับความพร้อมสู่ประชาคมอาเซียนของนักศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏวไลยอลงกรณ์ ในพระบรมราชูปถัมภ์ จำแนกตามคณะที่ศึกษา และชั้นปี และ 2) เพื่อประเมินและจัดลำดับความต้องการจำเป็นในการเตรียมความพร้อมสู่ประชาคมอาเซียนของนักศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏวไลยอลงกรณ์ ในพระบรมราชูปถัมภ์            กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ นักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี จำนวน 410 คน โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นแบบสอบถาม มีค่าความสอดคล้องของข้อคำถามกับนิยาม (IOC) อยู่ระหว่าง 0.8 – 1.0 และค่าความเที่ยงแบบสัมประสิทธิแอลฟ่าของครอนบาค เท่ากับ 0.98 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงบรรยาย ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยเลขคณิต ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ความเบ้ ความโด่ง และใช้สถิติเชิงสรุปอ้างอิง ได้แก่ F-test ด้วยการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว และใช้เทคนิค Modifiied Priority Needs Index (PNI_modified) ในการจัดลำดับความสำคัญของความต้องการจำเป็น ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ ดังนี้

1. นักศึกษามีความพร้อมสู่ประชาคมอาเซียน โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านทั้ง 3 ด้าน พบว่า อยู่ในระดับปานกลางทุกด้าน โดยด้านประชาคมสังคมและวัฒนธรรมอาเซียน มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด รองลงมา ได้แก่ ด้านประชาคมเศรษฐกิจอาเซียน และด้านประชาคมการเมืองและความมั่นคงอาเซียน ตามลำดับ ผลการเปรียบเทียบความพร้อมสู่ประชาคมอาเซียนของนักศึกษาด้วยการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว จำแนกตามชั้นปี และคณะที่ศึกษา พบว่า โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านทั้ง 3 ด้าน ไม่มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

นักศึกษามีความต้องการจำเป็นเพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมสู่ประชาคมอาเซียน ในด้านประชาคมการเมืองและความมั่นคงอาเซียน (PNI_modified = 0.48) มากที่สุด รองลงมาได้แก่  ด้านประชาคมเศรษฐกิจอาเซียน (PNI_modified = 0.46) และด้านประชาคมสังคมและวัฒนธรรมอาเซียน (PNI_modified = 0.42) ตามลำดับ

ABSTRACT

          The purposes of this research were 1) to study and to compare a level of preparing for the ASEAN community of student of Valaya Alongkorn Rajabhat University under the royal patronage and 2) to assess and priority the needs of preparing for the ASEAN community of student of Valaya Alongkorn Rajabhat University under the royal patronage. The samples were 410 undergraduate students selected by multi-stage random sampling.  The research instrument was a 5-point scale with Index of Item-Objective of congruence: IOC were between 0.8 – 1.0, and Cronbach’s alpha reliability of 0.979. The data were analyzed descriptively and inferentially including frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, skewness, kurtosis, F-test for one – way ANOVA and its priority in terms of needs was also set by using Modifiied Priority Needs Index (PNI_modified).  The research findings were as follows:  The research findings were as follows: 

1. Students had a preparing for the ASEAN community, overall was at a moderate level. When considering each aspect, in the 3 aspects were at a moderate level, the priority of mean from highest to lowest was the ASEAN Socio - Cultural Community aspect, the ASEAN Economic Community aspect, and the ASEAN Security Community aspect respectively. The comparison of preparing for the ASEAN community by one - way ANOVA showed that overall and in all 3 aspects, there was no statistically significant difference by year and faculty of student at the .05 level.
2. The most critical needs of preparing for the ASEAN community of student were the ASEAN Security Community aspect (PNI_modified = 0.48), followed by the ASEAN Economic Community aspect (PNI_modified = 0.46)  and the ASEAN Socio - Cultural Community aspect (PNI_modified = 0.42) respectively.
