การพัฒนาเว็บไซต์คณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏพระนครศรีอยุธยาด้วยระบบบริหารจัดการเนื้อหาบนเว็บไซต์

บทคัดย่อ

               การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อพัฒนาเว็บไซต์คณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏพระนครศรีอยุธยาด้วยระบบบริหารจัดการเนื้อหาบนเว็บไซต์ 2) เพื่อหาคุณภาพของเว็บไซต์คณะครุศาสตร์ที่พัฒนาขึ้น และ 3) เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจในการใช้งานเว็บไซต์คณะครุศาสตร์ที่พัฒนาขึ้น กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ นักศึกษา อาจารย์และเจ้าหน้าที่มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏพระนครศรีอยุธยา และบุคคลภายนอกที่เข้าใช้งานเว็บไซต์คณะครุศาสตร์ที่พัฒนาขึ้น แล้วทำการประเมินเพื่อเก็บข้อมูลตามระยะเวลาที่กำหนด 3 เดือน ตั้งแต่เดือนกรกฎาคม – กันยายน พ.ศ. 2558 ได้ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามจำนวน 138 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ประกอบด้วย เว็บไซต์คณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏพระนครศรีอยุธยา ที่พัฒนาด้วยระบบการจัดการเนื้อหา Joomla! เวอร์ชั่น 3.4.1 แบบประเมินคุณภาพ และแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจ

          ผลการวิจัยพบว่าคุณภาพเว็บไซต์คณะครุศาสตร์ที่ผู้วิจัยพัฒนาขึ้นด้านเนื้อหาจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญ พบว่าโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.25 ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานเท่ากับ 0.65 และด้านเทคนิคและการออกแบบจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญ พบว่าโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.68 ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานเท่ากับ 0.50 และผู้เข้าใช้งานเว็บไซต์ที่ตอบ
แบบประเมินตามระยะเวลาที่กำหนด มีความพึงพอใจระดับมากที่สุด มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.51 ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานเท่ากับ 0.69 สรุปว่าเว็บไซต์คณะครุศาสตร์ที่พัฒนาขึ้นด้วยระบบบริหารจัดการเนื้อหาบนเว็บไซต์ Joomla! CMS สามารถนำไปใช้เก็บรวบรวม และนำเสนอข้อมูลสารสนเทศของคณะครุศาสตร์ เพื่อประชาสัมพันธ์ข่าวสารข้อมูลที่เป็นประโยชน์ต่อผู้เข้าใช้งานได้

ABSTRACT

            The purposes of this research were to develop a faculty of Education website, Pranakhon Si Ayutthaya Rajabhat University with Content Management System (CMS), for study website quality of faculty of Education by evaluate the expert levels of satisfaction after using. In this study, there were mainly four sample groups including with students, lecturers, officers of Pranakhon Si Ayutthaya Rajabhat University as well as the outsiders who can access this developed website which evaluate to collect the data by the website for three months (July-Sep 2015). There were 138 people who respondent a questionnaire. The research tools were included the developed website with Joomla! CMS version 3.4.1, assessment forms, and questionnaires.

            The results of the research found that the website quality by data's experts were a good level with 4.25 means and the standard deviation was 0.65. For the technique and design's experts were excellent level with 4.68 means and the standard deviation was 0.50, which based on the hypothesis. The users who answer the questionnaires on the website in the specific time with Joomla! CMS were excellent level with 4.51 means and the standard deviation was 0.69. Therefore, the developed website with Joomla! CMS can be applied to manage the data of Education faculty of Pranakhon Si Ayutthaya Rajabhat University for present the information appropriately
