การพัฒนาแบบฝึกเสริมทักษะ เรื่อง สมมติฐานและการทดสอบสมมติฐาน รายวิชาระเบียบวิธีวิจัยทางธุรกิจ สำหรับนักศึกษาคณะวิทยาการจัดการ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเทพสตรี

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนาแบบฝึกเสริมทักษะเรื่อง สมมติฐานและการทดสอบสมมติฐาน รายวิชาระเบียบวิธีวิจัยทางธุรกิจ ให้ได้ประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์มาตรฐาน 80/80 และ 2) เปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักศึกษาคณะวิทยาการจัดการก่อนเรียน และหลังเรียนโดยใช้แบบฝึกเสริมทักษะเรื่อง สมมติฐานและการทดสอบสมมติฐาน  รายวิชาระเบียบวิธีวิจัยทางธุรกิจ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ นักศึกษาคณะวิทยาการจัดการ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเทพสตรี จำนวน 36 คน โดยใช้วิธีการเลือกตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ 1) แบบฝึกเสริมทักษะเรื่อง สมมติฐานการวิจัยและการทดสอบสมมติฐานการวิจัย และ 2) แบบทดสอบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ สถิติเชิงพรรณนาที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ส่วนสถิติอ้างอิงที่ใช้ ได้แก่ การทดสอบค่าทีแบบไม่เป็นอิสระต่อกัน (t-test Dependent) 

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 

1. แบบฝึกเสริมทักษะเรื่อง สมมติฐานและการทดสอบสมมติฐาน รายวิชาระเบียบวิธีวิจัยทางธุรกิจ มีประสิทธิภาพ (E₁/E₂) เท่ากับ 81.06/83.75 ซึ่งสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ 80/80 ที่กำหนดไว้
2. ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักศึกษาที่เรียนโดยแบบฝึกเสริมทักษะ เรื่อง สมมติฐานและการทดสอบสมมติฐาน รายวิชาระเบียบวิธีวิจัยทางธุรกิจ หลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

ABSTRACT

          The objectives of this research were of two-fold  1) to develop supplementary skill practice of business research methodology course entitled hypothesis and hypothesis testing for students of Faculty of Management Science, Thepsatri Rajabhat University in order to meet the standard criterion of 80/80 and 2) to compare the learning achievement of students before and after using developed supplementary skill practice. The samples chosen by purposive sampling were 36 students of Faculty of Management Science, Thepsatri Rajabhat University. The research instruments comprised 1) the developed hypothesis and hypothesis testing lesson with exercises and 2) the learning achievement test. The quantitative data were systematically analyzed by descriptive statistics Percentage, Mean and Standard Deviation and inferential statistics t-test Dependent.

            The research findings were as follow:

            1) The efficiency of the developed supplementary skill practice of business research methodology course entitled hypothesis and hypothesis testing yielded the value at 81.06/83.75 which was higher than the standard criterion of 80/80.

           2) There was a statistically significant difference between the students’ learning achievement before and after using supplementary skill practice at the  p = .05 level.
