การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบของคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ในการเรียน วิชาที่เน้นการปฏิบัติของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น THE FACTORS OF THE DESIRABLE CHARACTERISTIC ON PRACTICAL SUBJECT LEARNING FOR LOWER SECONDARY SCHOOL STUDENTS

               การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบของคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ในการเรียนวิชาที่เน้นการปฏิบัติของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น  กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1-3 ที่กำลังศึกษาอยู่ในปีการศึกษา 2557  ในสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ในภาคตะวันออก จำนวน 1,200 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย แบบสัมภาษณ์ และแบบสอบถาม แบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ที่มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.94 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงสำรวจ (Exploratory Factor Analysis : EFA) โดยใช้โปรแกรมลิสเรล เวอร์ชั่น 8.72 activation code : B723-95AF-55E7E-5E32 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า โมเดลการวัดคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ในการเรียนวิชาที่เน้นการปฏิบัติของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น มีดัชนีวัดความกลมกลืนระหว่างโมเดลกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ พิจารณา จากค่าดัชนีวัดระดับความกลมกลืน มีค่าเท่ากับ 0.98 ดัชนีวัดระดับความกลมกลืนที่ปรับแก้แล้ว มีค่าเท่ากับ 0.98 ซึ่งเป็นค่าที่สูง ดัชนีวัดความสอดคล้องเชิงสัมพัทธ์ มีค่าเท่ากับ 1.00, และ CN มีค่าเท่ากับ 2,075.34  องค์ประกอบแต่ละด้านเรียงลำดับค่าน้ำหนักคะแนนจากมากไปน้อยได้ดังนี้ ความรับผิดชอบ, ความมีวินัย, ความใฝ่รู้ใฝ่เรียน, ความมีระเบียบ,ความมุ่งมั่นในการทำงาน, ความคิดริเริ่มสร้างสรรค์, ความสามารถแก้ปัญหา, ความอดทนและรักความเป็นไทย  องค์ประกอบทั้ง 9 องค์ประกอบมีความเหมาะสมสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์

ABSTRACT

          The objectives of this research were to study the factors of the desirable characteristic on practical subject learning for lower secondary school students, The sample of this study consisted of 1,200 lower secondary school students in the academic year 2014 under Office of The Basic Education Commission in the east. The tools used to collect the data were an interview schedule and a five-rating scale questionnaire with the reliability level at 0.94. The statistics for data analysis were exploratory factor analysis by using LISREL program version 8.72 with activation code: B723-95AF-55E7E-5E32. The results were as follows: The factors of the desirable characteristic on practical subject learning for lower secondary school students by exploratory factor analysis found that measurement model of the desirable characteristic on practical subject learning for lower secondary school students, this measurement model could be presented by the goodness of fit index congruence between models with empirical data by considering the Goodness of Fit Index = 0.98, Adjusted Goodness of Fit Index = 0.98, this was a high value, Relative Fit Index = 1.00 and CN = 2,075.34. Each factor sequentially weight rating descending below as follows: Responsibility, Discipline, The thirst for knowledge and learning, Tidiness, Commitment to work. Creativity, Problem solving ability, Patience and love as Thailand. The 9 factors were appropriate consistent with the empirical data.
