Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ1) ศึกษายุทธศาสตร์การพัฒนานักเรียนนายร้อยให้เป็นนักรบที่ชาญฉลาด 2) ศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการกำหนดยุทธศาสตร์การพัฒนานักเรียนนายร้อยให้เป็นนักรบที่ชาญฉลาด และ 3) นำเสนอยุทธศาสตร์การพัฒนานักเรียนนายร้อยให้เป็นนักรบที่ชาญฉลาด โดยการวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี ได้แก่ การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้เชี่ยวชาญและผู้บริหารและคณาจารย์โรงเรียนนายพระจุลจอมเกล้า จำนวน 30 คน เครื่องมือการวิจัยเป็นการสัมภาษณ์แบบมีโครงสร้าง และการสนทนาใช้กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้เชี่ยวชาญและผู้บริหารและคณาจารย์โรงเรียนนายพระจุลจอมเกล้า จำนวน 15 คน ใช้วิธีเลือกแบบเจาะจง การวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 400 คน เลือกใช้วิธีสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิชนิดหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับ 0.97 และสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ประกอบด้วย ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ และทดสอบสมมติฐานการถดถอยพหุคุณแบบขั้นตอน
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ปัจจัยยุทธศาสตร์การพัฒนานักเรียนนายร้อยให้เป็นนักรบที่ชาญฉลาดโรงเรียนนายร้อยพระจุลจอมเกล้า ในปัจจัยด้านนักรบที่ชาญฉลาดโดยส่วนร่วมมีค่าเฉลี่ยเห็นด้วยมากที่สุดและรายด้านทุกด้าน ปัจจัยด้านภาวะผู้นำเชิงยุทธศาสตร์ โดยส่วนร่วมมีค่าเฉลี่ยเห็นด้วยมากที่สุด และรายด้านทุกด้าน 2) ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อยุทธศาสตร์การพัฒนานักเรียนนายร้อยให้เป็นนักรบที่ชาญฉลาดโรงเรียนนายร้อยพระจุลจอมเกล้า ในด้านอุดมการณ์รักชาติ ศาสนา พระมหากษัตริย์โดยรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ยเห็นด้วยมากที่สุด 3) ยุทธศาสตร์การพัฒนานักเรียนนายร้อยให้เป็นนักรบที่ชาญฉลาดโรงเรียนนายร้อยพระจุลจอมเกล้า ในการมุ่งเน้นพัฒนานักเรียนนายร้อยใน ด้านร่างกาย ด้านอารมณ์ ด้านสติปัญญาด้านสังคม และโดยส่วนรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ยเห็นด้วยมากที่สุด และรายด้านทุกด้าน

ABSTRACT

The objectives of this research were 1) To study the strategy of the cadet development for being the smart warriors. 2) To study the factors that impact the strategy of the cadet development for being the smart warriors. 3) To present the strategy of the cadet development for being the smart warriors in the next decade. This research was a mixed method research consisted of the qualitative and quantitative research. The qualitative research was done by in-depth interview in 30 persons of the CRMA executives, staffs and instructors. The quantitative research was done by sampling a group of 400 cadets. This group was selected by quota sampling. The information was collected by multi-level rating scale questionnaires with reliability rate 0.97 and analyzed by statistical analysis through percentage, average, standard deviation coefficient, and multiple regression hypothesis testing.
The findings were: 1) The factors of the strategy of the cadet development for being the smart warriors in the part of smart warriors in general has the most agreement in the average and agreement in every part 2) The factors of the strategy of the cadet development for being the smart warriors in the part of ideology (for loving country, religion, and monarchy) in general has the most agreement in the average. 3) The strategy of the cadet development for being the smart warriors in the part of physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development in general has the most agreement in the average and agreement in every part.
