ภาวะผู้นำที่เหมาะสมเพื่อการพัฒนาชุมชนพื้นที่อ่อนไหวในอำเภอวังน้ำเขียว อำเภอปากช่อง จังหวัดนครราชสีมา และอำเภอนาดี จังหวัดปราจีนบุรี THE APPROPRIATE LEADERSHIP FOR SENSITIVE AREA COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT IN WANG NAM KHIAO DISTRICT, PAK CHONG DISTRICT NAKORN

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

           การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาภาวะผู้นำที่เหมาะสมเพื่อการพัฒนาชุมชนพื้นที่อ่อนไหว 2) ศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อภาวะผู้นำที่เหมาะสมเพื่อการพัฒนาพื้นที่อ่อนไหว และ 3) เสนอตัวแบบภาวะผู้นำที่เหมาะสมเพื่อการพัฒนาชุมชนพื้นที่อ่อนไหว ใช้การวิจัย  แบบผสานวิธี โดยการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 450 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามภาวะผู้นำที่เหมาะสมเพื่อการพัฒนาชุมชนพื้นที่อ่อนไหว สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ประกอบด้วย ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าร้อยละ ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และใช้สถิติการถดถอยแบบขั้นตอน  การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ตัวอย่างจากสัมภาษณ์กลุ่มผู้นำบริหารปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น ผู้นำชุมชน    ผู้นำศาสนา และปราชญ์ชาวบ้าน จำนวน 43 คน เครื่องมือการสัมภาษณ์แบบมีโครงสร้าง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลจากการตีความเชิงเนื้อหาของข้อมูล  ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ภาวะผู้นำที่เหมาะสมเพื่อการพัฒนาชุมชนพื้นที่อ่อนไหว พบว่า โดยส่วนรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก และรายด้านทุกด้านมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อภาวะผู้นำที่เหมาะสมเพื่อการพัฒนาพื้นที่อ่อนไหว โดยรวม พบว่า ตัวแปรอิสระทุกตัวมีความสัมพันธ์กับตัวแปรตาม อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 และ 3) เสนอตัวแบบภาวะผู้นำที่เหมาะสมเพื่อการพัฒนาชุมชนพื้นที่อ่อนไหว โดยตัวแบบภาวะผู้นำในด้านการพัฒนาพื้นที่  ด้านการหยุดยั้งการบุกรุกพื้นที่ป่า และด้านพัฒนาพื้นที่ของประชาชน ได้ค่าร้อยละเท่ากับ 39.60 (R² = 0.396), (F= 97.48) มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01

ABSTRACT

          The objectives of this research were 1) to study the appropriate leadership of sensitive area community development, 2) to study the factors affecting the appropriate leadership of sensitive area community development, 3) to propose the leadership model for sensitive area community development. The mixed research method was quantitatively and qualitatively applied. The quantitative research was done by using a questionnaire relative to the appropriate leadership of sensitive area community development with 450 samples. The statistical data analysis was done by using percentage, average, standard deviation, and stepwise multiple regression. The qualitative research was done by structurally interviewing 43 samples consisted of sub-district administrative executives, community leaders, religion leaders, and indigenous philosophers. The data analysis was the content interpretation.

          The research results were found that: 1) the appropriate leadership of sensitive area community development was entirely at the high level of the average, 2)all factors as independent variables influenced the appropriate leadership of sensitive area community development as the dependent variable at the 0.01 level of the statistical significance, and 3) the leadership model for sensitive area community development was consisted of the aspect of area development, the aspect of forest intrusion restriction, and the aspect of resident area development, with the predicted capability was 39.60% (R² = 0.396, F = 97.48) at the 0.01 level of the statistical significance.
