บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการศึกษาความพึงพอใจในการจัดการเรียนการสอนของนักศึกษาหลักสูตรนิติศาสตร์ต่อวิชากฎหมายลักษณะละเมิด จัดการงานนอกสั่ง ลาภมิควรได้ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ 3 ประการคือ  1. เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจในการจัดการเรียนการสอนของนักศึกษาหลักสูตรนิติศาสตร์ต่อวิชากฎหมายลักษณะละเมิด จัดการงานนอกสั่ง ลาภมิควรได้ในด้านเนื้อหาวิชา ด้านผู้สอน ด้านกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอน ด้านปัจจัยส่งเสริมการเรียนการสอน และด้านการประเมินผลการเรียนการสอน 2. เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาหลักสูตรนิติศาสตร์ต่อวิชากฎหมายลักษณะละเมิด จัดการงานนอกสั่ง ลาภมิควรได้ในด้านเนื้อหาวิชา ด้านผู้สอน ด้านกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอน ด้านปัจจัยส่งเสริมการเรียนการสอน และด้านการประเมินผลการเรียนการสอน 3. เพื่อนำข้อมูลไปปรับปรุงการเรียนการสอนวิชากฎหมายลักษณะละเมิด จัดการงานนอกสั่ง ลาภมิควรได้ให้สำเร็จลุล่วงต่อไป โดยใช้วิธีวิจัยแบบผสมทั้งเชิงปริมาณและเชิงคุณภาพ (Mixed-Method) กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 3 หลักสูตรนิติศาสตร์ คณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสวนดุสิตจำนวน 150 คน โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง (Purposive Sampling) เพื่อเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามจากนักศึกษา และการสัมภาษณ์อาจารย์ประจำหลักสูตรนิติศาสตร์จำนวน 10 คน โดยวิธีเจาะจง ในการวิจัยในครั้งนี้ ได้ใช้แบบสอบถามและสัมภาษณ์ความพึงพอใจในการจัดการเรียนการสอนของนักศึกษาหลักสูตรนิติศาสตร์ต่อวิชากฎหมายลักษณะละเมิด จัดการงานนอกสั่ง ลาภมิควรได้ ซึ่งเป็นแบบสอบถามและแบบสัมภาษณ์ที่ผู้วิจัยพัฒนาขึ้นเอง เพื่อใช้สำรวจความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาต่อการเรียนการสอนวิชากฎหมายลักษณะละเมิด จัดการงานนอกสั่ง ลาภมิควรได้ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพรรณนาและสถิติอ้างอิง

ผลการวิจัยที่สำคัญมี

1. นักศึกษามีความพึงพอใจในด้านเนื้อหาวิชาเกี่ยวกับเนื้อหาวิชาที่เรียนมีประโยชน์ต่อการประกอบวิชาชีพ และเนื้อหาวิชาสามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ได้ไว้ จึงควรนำผลการวิจัยในครั้งนี้เสนอต่อหลักสูตร เพื่อให้หลักสูตรพิจารณารายละเอียดของรายวิชานี้ว่าควรให้นักศึกษาได้ความรู้และสามารถนำไปใช้ประโยชน์ในการประกอบวิชาชีพได้ตรงกับสาขาของตนเองต่อไป

2. ผลการทดสอบความแตกต่างของระดับความพึงพอใจในการจัดการเรียนการสอนของนักศึกษาหลักสูตรนิติศาสตร์ต่อวิชากฎหมายลักษณะละเมิด จัดการงานนอกสั่ง ลาภมิควรได้ ในทุกๆด้าน พบว่าระดับคะแนนเฉลี่ยต่างกัน มีระดับความพึงพอใจ แตกต่างกัน

ABSTRACT

This research is to study satisfaction of the law undergraduates towards lecturing the law of torts, management of affairs without mandate and undue enrichment, having three objectives such as first, to explore satisfaction of the law undergraduates towards lecturing the law of torts, management of affairs without mandate and undue enrichment in its contents, lecturer, lecture-related activity, lecture-promoted and assessment second, to compare those satisfaction of the law undergraduates towards lecturing the law of torts, management of affairs without mandate and undue enrichment in its contents, lecturer, lecture-related activity, lecture-promoted and assessment and third, to utilize the output into effective improvement of lecturing the law of torts, management of affairs without mandate and undue enrichment.  A mixed-method is used in this research to the sample of 150 junior undergraduates attending Law Program, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Suan Dusit Rajabhat University.  These undergraduates are requested to fill in questionnaires and ten lecturers are interviewed in line with means of purposive sampling. The questionnaires and the interview script are developed by own researchers to explore of the law undergraduates towards lecturing the law of torts, management of affairs without mandate and undue enrichment. Data analysis includes descriptive and reference statistics.

Two major findings are as follows:

1. The undergraduates are satisfied by contents of this law subject which is applicable and beneficial to their profession.  Accordingly the lecturer should present the research's output to senior management of this law program for adding into the course description that the undergraduates should get knowledge and apply them into their future profession. 
2. In comparison of the satisfaction level among the undergraduates towards lecturing the law of torts, management of affairs without mandate and undue enrichment in every side results the different average point which indicates different satisfaction level.
