คุณลักษณะของผู้ใช้การแพทย์ทางเลือกในโรงพยาบาลของรัฐ CHARACTERIZTIC OF PATIENTS USING ALTERNATIVE MEDICINE IN PUBLIC HOSPITALS

บทคัดย่อ

               การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาลักษณะของผู้ใช้การแพทย์ทางเลือกที่มีผลต่อการเลือกรับบริการการแพทย์ทางเลือกในโรงพยาบาลของรัฐ การวิจัยนี้เป็นงานวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ กลุ่มผู้ใช้ข้อมูลหลัก จำนวน 21 ท่าน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูลเป็นแบบสัมภาษณ์ ใช้การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา (Content analysis) ด้วยโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป ATLAS ti. 5.0

            ผลการศึกษาพบว่าลักษณะของผู้ใช้การแพทย์ทางเลือกมีทั้งวัยเด็กเล็ก วัยรุ่น วัยทำงาน และวัยชรา ส่วนมากอยู่ในช่วงอายุ 40-60 ปี ประกอบอาชีพรับราชการ และมีอาการเจ็บป่วยด้วยโรคกระดูก ปวดข้อ ปวดกล้ามเนื้อ และอาการในกลุ่มโรคเรื้อรัง เช่น เบาหวาน ความดันโลหิตสูง ฯลฯผู้รับบริการที่เลือกรับบริการการแพทย์ทางเลือกในโรงพยาบาลส่วนมากใช้สิทธิเบิกต้นสังกัด มีประสบการณ์ด้านการแพทยาทางเลือกในการดูแลตนเองที่บ้าน ได้รับรู้ข้อมูลข่าวสารการแพทย์ทางเลือกจากคนในครอบครัว มีความเชื่อว่าการแพทย์ทางเลือกช่วยลดการใช้ยาที่ผลิตจากสารเคมี มีความรู้และประสบการณ์ใช้การแพทย์ทางเลือกกลุ่มกายและจิต เช่น สมาธิบำบัด การ-ออกกำลังกาย ฯลฯค่าใช้จ่ายสำหรับการใช้การแพทย์ทางเลือกมีทั้งแบบมีค่าใช้จ่ายและไม่มีค่าใช้จ่ายในการรับบริการ มีพฤติกรรมการใช้การแพทย์ทางเลือกร่วมกับแพทย์แผนปัจจุบันและมีเหตุผลในการใช้การแพทย์ทางเลือกเนื่องจากการใช้การแพทย์ทางเลือกแล้วอาการดีขึ้น

ABSTRACT

            The objectives of this study was study the characteristics of who used alternative medicine that effects choose alternative medicine in public hospitals. The survey was qualitative research collected data from in-depth interview 21 peoples and content analysis to analyze data by program ATLAS.ti 5.0

               The research found that the characteristics of patients who used alternative medicine were children teenagers working and old, mostly in the age range 40-60 years. Worked as bureaucrat and had problems with bone, joint system and muscle and symptoms in chronic diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure. The patients used health services in the hospitals with civil servant/state enterprises medical benefit package and most experienced medical care at home. Perceived alternative medicine information from family. It is believed that the use of alternative medicine reduces the production of chemicals. Most knowledgeable and experienced group of alternative medicine, mind-body therapies such as meditation exercises. The Alternative Medicine services cost were charged and free of charge for the service. Most have a habit of using alternative medicine with convention medicine. And rational use of medicine selected due to the use of alternative medicine, the symptoms improved.
