Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

              การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) เพื่อศึกษาตัวแบบที่เกี่ยวกับการบริหารคณะสงฆ์ภาค๔    2) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยการบริหารคณะสงฆ์ในเขตการปกครองคณะสงฆ์ภาค 4 และ 3) เพื่อเสนอตัวแบบการบริหารคณะสงฆ์ในเขตการปกครองคณะสงฆ์ภาค 4 เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลกับกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เป็นพระสังฆาธิการระดับเจ้าคณะจังหวัดเจ้าคณะอำเภอและเจ้าคณะตำบลพระลูกวัดครู-อาจารย์ในโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรมในเขตการปกครองสงฆ์ภาค 4 จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 450 รูป/คน เครื่องมือเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกแนวทางการสนทนากลุ่มและแนวทางการประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนาด้วยการหาค่าร้อยละค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและหาปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการบริหารจัดการคณะสงฆ์ในเขตปกครองสงฆ์ภาค 4 ใช้การวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณ ส่วนข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพใช้วิเคราะห์เนื้อหา

           ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

           1) สภาพการบริหารงานคณะสงฆ์ภาค 4 ในการบริหารคนมีการสร้างและพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำบุคลากรทางพระพุทธศาสนาให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้นการบริหารงานมีการออกกฎระเบียบในการปกครองคณะสงฆ์

           2) ประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานคณะสงฆ์ภาค 4 ในการบริหารคนมีการดำเนินไปอย่างรวดเร็วสนองต่องานที่มอบหมายให้ทำการบริหารภาระงานมุ่งบริหารที่สนองตอบต่อความต้องการของผู้มาติดต่อและการบริหารองค์กรได้เน้นในเรื่องสร้างศรัทธาเข้าวัดและปฏิบัติธรรมมากขึ้น

           3) ศักยภาพการบริหารงานคณะสงฆ์ภาค 4 การบริหารคนมีการนำจุดเด่นของบุคลากรมาใช้ในการบริหารงานการบริหารภาระงานมีการประยุกต์เทคโนโลยีเข้ามาช่วยในการบริหารงานและการบริหารองค์กรมีการจัดทำแผนงานหรือโครงการเพื่อพัฒนาองค์กรอย่างต่อเนื่องโดยมีปัจจัยด้านสาธารณะสงเคราะห์มีอิทธิพลต่อการบริหารจัดการคณะสงฆ์ร้อยละ 70.3

ABSTRACT

           The objectives of this research were to study: 1) a model of administrative of Sangha region 4 2) To study the factor of Sanghamanagement in Songha Administration in Region 4 and 3) to propose a model of the Executive Committee in Buddhist Songha Administration in Region 4 collected the data on a sample of the Buddhist Ecclesiastical Officials, the Ecclesiastical Provincial monk, the Ecclesiastical District, Ecclesiastical Commune-Chief, Teachers in Pariyattidham school total of 450 persons. Tool collects data was depth interviews, group discussion, workshops and guidelines Quantitative data analysis with descriptive statistics to find percentage, mean , standard deviation and the factors that influence the management of Songha Administration in Region 4 by Multiple Regression Analysis, but Qualitative data using content analysis.

           The research found that:

           1) The administrative Personnel of Songha Administration in Region ๔has demonstrated they could create and develop efficient administrative leadership in Buddhism. The Buddhist Sanghahas issued regulations for governing the Sangha.

           2) The effectiveness of Songha Administration in Region 4 has been determined using the following results. The personnel administration has undertaken assignments rapidly. Regarding administrative tasks, they have been working economically, efficiently and satisfactorily meeting the requirements of their target population. The inculcation of faith in the monasteries and increasing the number of Dharma practitioners has been emphasized as a means to administer the organization.

          3)      The potential of the Songha Administration in Region 4 to success administer personnel was demonstrated by their ability to utilize personnel for distinct tasks. They use the appropriate technology to improve their work performance and the administration of the organization and for formulating plans or projects for the continuous development of Buddhist organizations by the factors influencing the management of public housing ministry 70.3
