บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการศึกษา ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อพฤติกรรมสุขภาพของผู้สูงอายุในชุมชนหมู่ 1 ตำบลบางตลาด อำเภอปากเกร็ด จังหวัดนนทบุรี มีวัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัยคือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาสุขภาพและปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อพฤติกรรมสุขภาพของผู้สูงอายุในชุมชน 2) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อพฤติกรรมสุขภาพของผู้สูงอายุในชุมชน ระเบียบวิธีวิจัย ใช้แนวทางการวิจัยวิธีการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ (Quantitative Research) โดยใช้แบบสอบถาม ในกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ผู้สูงอายุ มีอายุตั้งแต่ 60 ปีขึ้นไป ต้องอ่านออกเขียนได้และอาศัยอยู่ใน หมู่ 1 ตำบลบางตลาด อำเภอปากเกร็ด จังหวัดนนทบุรี จำนวน 150 ราย
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้สูงอายุ ส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง อายุอยู่ระหว่าง 60-70 ปี มีสถานภาพสมรสจบการศึกษาชั้นประถมศึกษา แหล่งของรายได้ส่วนใหญ่จะมาจากรัฐบาล รองลงมาคือรายได้จากบุตร-ญาติ โดยผู้สูงอายุส่วนใหญ่จะอยู่กับครอบครัว (สามี/ภรรยา/ลูก/หลาน) พฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเองของผู้สูงอายุในภาพรวมพบว่า อยู่ในระดับดี และพบว่าผู้สูงอายุส่วนใหญ่มีโรคประจำตัว ประกอบด้วยโรคความดันโลหิตสูง โรคเบาหวานและความดันโลหิตสูง โรคเบาหวาน โรคหัวใจ และปวดเข่า ตามลำดับ ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อพฤติกรรมสุภาพของผู้สูงอายุในชุมชน พบว่า สัมพันธภาพในครอบครัว และการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชน มีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมสุขภาพของผู้สูงอายุในชุมชน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p<.01) ส่วน ความเชื่อและค่านิยม พบว่ามีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมสุขภาพของผู้สูงอายุเลย อย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญ

ABSTRACT

The study on the factors that affect the health behavior of the elderly in the community Moo 1 Thumbon bangtatlad Pakkred district, Nonthaburi province. The objective of this study 1) To study health problems and factors that affect the health behavior of the elderly in the community Moo 1 Thumbon bangtatlad Pakkred district, Nonthaburi province. 2) To study relationship of factors are affect the health behavior of the elderly in the community. Research methodology is Quantitative Research. The Instruments to gather data are questionnaire for personal data. The participants were the elderly people who are over 60 years old (that can read and write) and live in Moo 1 Thumbon bangtatlad Pakkred district, Nonthaburi province.The sample is 150 case
The results of research that : Most of elderly are female, Age is during 60-70 years old, marriage status, most seniors graduating grade. The source of income comes from the government, followed by family. Most of the elderly live in the family. (Husband/wife/son/ grandson) The health behaviors of the elderly as a whole was at a good level (mean=3.69) and found that elderly people have underlying disease : Hypertension, Diabetes with Hypertension, Diabetes disease, Heart disease, O A Knee .Factors that affect the health behavior of the elderly in the community were family relationship and participation of the community (p <.01).
