Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและ การสื่อสารในการบริหารงานของโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพระนครศรีอยุธยา และเปรียบเทียบสภาพการใชเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารในการบริหารงานของโรงเรียนจำแนกตาม ตำแหน่งหน้าที่บุคลากร เขตพื้นที่การศึกษา และขนาดโรงเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยในครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ บุคลากรของโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพระนครศรีอยุธยา ใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้น ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 349 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลคือแบบสอบถาม วัดค่าความเชื่อมั่นได้เท่ากับ 0.97 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบที แบบอิสระ และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) สภาพการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารในการบริหารงานของโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพระนครศรีอยุธยา โดยรวมและรายด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า ด้านการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร เพื่อสนับสนุนการเรียนการสอนมีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด ด้านการพัฒนาบุคลากรทางด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารมีค่าเฉลี่ยน้อยสุด 2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบสภาพการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารในการบริหารงานของโรงเรียน พบว่า (2.1) ผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอนมีระดับการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารในการบริหารงานของโรงเรียน โดยรวมและรายด้าน ไม่แตกต่างกัน (2.2) บุคลากรในเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาที่ 1 และเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาที่ 2 มีระดับการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารในการบริหารงานของโรงเรียน โดยรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (2.3) บุคลากรในโรงเรียนขนาดเล็ก กลาง และใหญ่ มีระดับการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารในการบริหารงานของโรงเรียน แตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

ABSTRACT

The purposes of this research were to study the state of using information and communication technology for administration in schools under the Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya primary educational service area office and to compare the using of information and communication technology for administration in schools classified by position, service area and size of school. The sample of this research comprised 349 school personnel selected by stratified sampling. The questionnaire for collecting data contained state of using information and communication technology for administration in schools with the reliability of 0.97. The statistics used to analyze data were percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, independent t-test and one way ANOVA.
The findings were as follows:
1. The overall and each aspect of state of using information and communication technology for administration in schools under the Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya primary educational service area office were at high levels. When considering each aspect, the highest mean was using information and communication technology to support learning and teaching and the lowest mean was the development of school personnels in using information and communication technology.
2. The comparison of using information and communication technology for administration in schools were as follows:
2.1 The using of information and communication technology for administration in schools classified by position revealed that the administrators and teachers had no differences in the overall and each aspect.
2.2 The using of information and communication technology for administration in schools classified by education service area revealed that education at service area 1 and area 2 had differences in the overall and each aspect at the significant level of .05.
2.3 The using information and communication technology for administration in schools classified by size of school revealed that there were difference in the overall and each aspect at the significant level of .05.
