การบริหารงานของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาโรงเรียนเทศบาล ในจังหวัดสระบุรีตามความคิดเห็นของครู THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE MUNICIPAL SCHOOL ADMINISTRATOR IN SARABURI PROVINCE, ACCORDING TO THE TEACHERS’ OPINION

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบระดับความคิดเห็นของครูเกี่ยวกับการบริหารงานของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาโรงเรียนเทศบาล จังหวัดสระบุรี ตามประสบการณ์การทำงาน และวุฒิการศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ได้แก่ ครูในโรงเรียนเทศบาล จังหวัดสระบุรี ปีการศึกษา 2552 จำนวน 223 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลคือแบบสอบถามประกอบด้วยคำถามเกี่ยวกับสถานภาพของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม ได้แก่ ประสบการณ์การทำงานและวุฒิการศึกษา และแบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นของครูเกี่ยวกับการบริหารงานของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาโรงเรียนเทศบาล จังหวัดสระบุรีเป็นคำถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่าครอบคลุมทักษะการบริหารงานของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาด้านทักษะทางเทคนิค ทักษะทางมนุษยสัมพันธ์ และทักษะทางความคิดรวบยอด ซึ่งมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .93 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าที ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ .05
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1. การบริหารงานของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาโรงเรียนเทศบาล ในจังหวัดสระบุรีในภาพรวมและรายด้านทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด โดยทักษะด้านเทคนิคมีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด รองลงมาได้แก่ทักษะด้านมนุษยสัมพันธ์และทักษะด้านความคิดรวบยอดมีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำที่สุด
2. การเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของครู พบว่า
2.1 ครูที่มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานต่างกันมีความคิดเห็นต่อการบริหารงานของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาโรงเรียนเทศบาล ในจังหวัดสระบุรี ในภาพรวมและรายด้านทุกด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน
2.2 ครูที่มีวุฒิการศึกษาต่างกันมีความคิดเห็นต่อการบริหารงานของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาโรงเรียนเทศบาล ในจังหวัดสระบุรีในภาพรวมและรายด้านทุกด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน

ABSTRACT

               The purposes of this research were to study and compare the level of opinion of the teachers towards the administration of the municipal school administrator in Saraburi Province according to working experience and educational level. The sample of this research was 223 teachers of the municipal school in Saraburi province, academic Year 2009. The instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire about status of the respondents consisting of working experience and educational level and the opinion of the teachers towards the administration of the municipal school administrator in Saraburi Province. A rating scale questionnaire asked about the administration skill of the municipal school administrator including technical skill, human relation skill, and concept skill with the reliability of 0.93. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and t-test at .05 level of the significance.

               The findings were as follows:

               1. The opinion level of the teachers towards the administration of the municipal school administrators in Saraburi Province as a whole and all aspects were at high level. The highest mean was the aspects of technical skills, and followed by the aspect of human relation skill, while the lowest mean was the aspect of concept skills. 

               2. The comparisons of the opinion of the teachers were as follows:

                   2.1 The teachers with different working experience did not have different opinion towards the administration of the municipal school administrator in Saraburi Province in overall and each aspect.

                   2.2 The teachers with different educational level did not have different opinion towards the administration of the municipal school administrator in Saraburi Province in overall and each aspect.
