บทคัดย่อ

          การวิจัยเรื่อง คุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของครูผู้สอนกลุ่มการงานพื้นฐานอาชีพและเทคโนโลยี ของโรงเรียนในสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรปราการ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของครูผู้สอนกลุ่มการงานพื้นฐานอาชีพและเทคโนโลยี เป็นรายข้อในแต่ละด้าน ตามทัศนะของผู้บริหาร และครูผู้สอนของโรงเรียนในสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรปราการ และเพื่อเปรียบเทียบคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของครูผู้สอนกลุ่มการงานพื้นฐานอาชีพและเทคโนโลยี ของผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอน โรงเรียนในสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรปราการ จากจำนวนประชากรทั้งสิ้น 2,844 คน ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างมาจำนวน 250 คน ซึ่งเป็นผู้บริหาร จำนวน 51 คน และครูผู้สอน จำนวน 199 คน โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลในครั้งนี้ คือ แบบสอบถาม ค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.99 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย (xˉ) ค่าความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) สถิติที่ใช้ทดสอบสมมติฐาน ได้แก่ การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว เมื่อพบความแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 จะทดสอบความแตกต่างรายคู่ด้วยวิธีของเชพเฟ่

          ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

          1. ผลการวิเคราะห์คุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของครูผู้สอนกลุ่มการงานพื้นฐานอาชีพและเทคโนโลยี ของโรงเรียนในสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรปราการ โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาตามรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านความรู้ความสามารถ มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด อยู่ในระดับมาก และด้านการปฏิบัติตน มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด อยู่ในระดับมาก

          2. เปรียบเทียบคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของครูผู้สอนกลุ่มการงานพื้นฐานอาชีพและเทคโนโลยี ของโรงเรียนในสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรปราการ จำแนกตามวุฒิการศึกษา เพศ ตำแหน่งงาน และขนาดของโรงเรียน พบว่า ตำแหน่งงาน และขนาดของโรงเรียนแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 แสดงให้เห็นว่า ตำแหน่งงาน และขนาดของโรงเรียน มีผลต่อคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของครูผู้สอนกลุ่มการงานพื้นฐานอาชีพและเทคโนโลยี ของโรงเรียนในสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรปราการ เพศ และวุฒิการศึกษา ไม่แตกต่างกัน แสดงให้เห็นว่า เพศ และวุฒิการศึกษาไม่มีผลต่อคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของครูผู้สอนกลุ่มการงาน พื้นฐานอาชีพและเทคโนโลยี ของโรงเรียนในสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรปราการ

ABSTRACT

          The purposes of this research were to study desirable characteristic of teachers teaching basic job for occupation and technology subject as individual on both sites according to viewpoint of both administrators and teachers of school under Samut Prakan Primary Educational Service Area Office and to compare the expectation of desirable characteristic of teachers teaching basic job for occupation and technology subject of administrators and teachers of school under Samut Prakan Primary Educational Service Area Office. The population was 2,844 people, and the sample of this research was 250 persons including both administrators 51 persons and teachers 199 persons randomized by several-stage sampling. A tool used for data collection was a questionnaire with a reliability of 0.99. Statistics used for data analysis were mean and standard deviation. A Statistic used to test hypothesis was one way ANOVA. When the difference at significant level of .05 was found, paired comparision was tested by Scheffe’s method.

          The research found as follows:

          1. The analysis result of the expectation of desirable characteristic of teachers teaching basic job for occupation and technology subject of schools under Samut Prakan Primary Educational Service Area Office as a whole was at a high level. Considering each aspect, knowledge had the highest mean in a high level, while practice had the lowest mean in a high level.

          2. The comparison of the expectation of desirable characteristic of teachers teaching basic job for occupation and technology subject of schools under Samut Prakan Primary Educational Service Area Office according to educational level, gender, job position, and size of schools showed as follows:

          According to job position and size of schools, it was different in overall and each aspect. This indicated that job position and size of schools did not affect the expectation of desirable characteristic of teacher teaching basic job for occupation and technology subject of schools under Samut Prakan Primary Educational Service Area Office. According to gender and educational level, it was not different in overall and each aspect. This indicated that gender and educational level did not affect the expectation of desirable characteristic of teacher teaching basic job for occupation and technology subject of schools under Samut Prakan Primary Educational Service Area Office.
