ปัจจัยการบริหารที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนขนาดเล็กในภาคตะวันออก

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยการบริหารที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนขนาดเล็ก ในภาคตะวันออกและเพื่อวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยการบริหารที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนขนาดเล็ก ในภาคตะวันออก กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 250 คนและครูผู้สอน 470 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยเชิงพหุ (multiple regression analysis) ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้
         1. ปัจจัยการบริหารที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนขนาดเล็กในภาคตะวันออกพบว่า ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงตามลำดับตามค่าเฉลี่ยได้ดังนี้คือ การมีส่วนร่วม การเรียนการสอน การจัดสภาพแวดล้อมที่เอื้อต่อการเรียนรู้ ภาวะผู้นำทางการศึกษาและการปฏิบัติตามนโยบาย และประสิทธิผลโรงเรียนขนาดเล็กในภาคตะวันออกอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายข้อพบว่า อยู่ในระดับมากทุกข้อ ข้อที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด 3 ข้อ คือ ครูได้รับค่าตอบแทนที่เหมาะสม ผู้บริหารได้รับความไว้วางไว้ให้รับผิดชอบในงานต่าง ๆ และผู้บริหารได้รับค่าตอบแทนที่เหมาะสม ข้อที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด 3 ข้อ คือ ผู้เรียนมีคุณธรรมจริยธรรมตามคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ ครูมีขวัญกำลังใจที่ดีในการปฏิบัติงาน และผู้เรียนมีความสามารถในการอ่าน การเขียน และการคิดวิเคราะห์ตามเป้าหมายของโรงเรียน
          2. ปัจจัยการบริหารที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนขนาดเล็ก ในภาคตะวันออกมีอำนาจพยากรณ์ที่ดีที่สุดได้แก่ ปัจจัยด้านการปฏิบัติตามนโยบาย (X₄) รองลงไปได้แก่ ปัจจัยด้านการมีส่วนร่วม (X₃) ปัจจัยด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน (X₂) ปัจจัยด้านภาวะผู้นำทางการศึกษา (X₁) และปัจจัยด้านการจัดสภาพแวดล้อมที่เอื้อต่อการเรียนรู้ (X₅) และสามารถพยากรณ์ปัจจัยการบริหารโดยภาพรวม ได้ร้อยละ 70.60 แสดงว่า ปัจจัยด้านภาวะผู้นำทางการศึกษาและปัจจัยด้านการจัดสภาพแวดล้อมที่เอื้อต่อการเรียนรู้ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลโรงเรียนขนาดเล็กในภาคตะวันออกอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญ ส่วนปัจจัยด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน ปัจจัยด้านการมีส่วนร่วมและปัจจัยด้านการปฏิบัติตามนโยบาย ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลโรงเรียนขนาดเล็กในภาคตะวันออกอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ 0.05 โดยสามารถเขียนเป็นสมการในพยากรณ์ในรูปของคะแนนมาตรฐานได้ดังนี้ Zy= 0.150X₁ +0.156X₂ +0.197X₃ +0.486X₄ + 0.046X₅

The purpose of this research was to investigate the administrative factors of small schools in the eastern region and to analyze the influence of management factors that affect the effectiveness of small schools in the  eastern The sample was comprised of 250 directors and 470 teachers. The collected data were analyzed by the mean and standard deviation. The results of the study were as follows
