การประเมินผลโครงการสหกิจศึกษาวิทยาลัยราชพฤกษ์ สาขาวิชาการบัญชี

Abstract

การศึกษาการประเมินผลโครงการสหกิจศึกษาวิทยาลัยราชพฤกษ์ สาขาวิชาการบัญชีซึ่งมีวัตถุประสงค์คือ (1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับผลสัมฤทธิของโครงการตามวัตถุประสงค์ของโครงการสหกิจศึกษา (2) เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาคณะบัญชีที่ร่วมโครงการสหกิจศึกษา และความพึงพอใจของผู้ประกอบการที่ดูแลนักศึกษาในโครงการสหกิจศึกษา (3) เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาและอุปสรรคของโครงการสหกิจศึกษาเพื่อเป็นข้อมูลในการปรับปรุงวางแผนการจัดทำโครงการต่อไปในอนาคต กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ นักศึกษาคณะบัญชีที่ร่วมโครงการสหกิจศึกษา จำนวน 5 คน และผู้ประกอบการหรือหัวหน้าที่ดูแลนักศึกษาในโครงการ สหกิจศึกษา จำนวน 3 บริษัท เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาคือ แบบสัมภาษณ์วิเคราะห์เจาะลึก และแบบสังเกตพฤติกรรม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการพรรณนาความ
ผลการศึกษาสรุปได้ดังนี้
         1. นักศึกษามีการเตรียมความพร้อมเรื่องความรู้ ด้านกิริยามารยาท การแต่งกาย การปรับตัว การเตรียมความพร้อมความรู้ในสาขาบัญชีก่อนออกปฏิบัติงาน และเมื่อปฏิบัติงานแล้ว นักศึกษาได้รับประสบการณ์ และพัฒนาตนเองเพิ่มด้านการทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่น การวางตัว ความอดทน ความรับผิดชอบ
         2. นักศึกษาพึงพอใจในส่วนของการอบรมเตรียมความพร้อมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดคือ ความเป็นกันเองระหว่างครูพี่เลี้ยงและนักศึกษา เอกสารที่ใช้ในการอบรม และโสตทัศนูปกรณ์ นอกนั้นอยู่ในระดับมากทั้งหมด และในส่วนของผู้ประกอบการมีความพึงพอใจเกี่ยวกับการปฏิบัติงานของนักศึกษาในระดับมากที่สุดคือ ด้านวุฒิภาวะความอ่อนน้อมถ่อมตน ความประพฤติ คุณธรรม จริยธรรม และการปฏิบัติตามระเบียบวินัย
         3. ปัญหาและอุปสรรคตามความเห็นของนักศึกษา พบว่า อุปกรณ์ไม่เพียงพอไม่ทันสมัย การสื่อสารที่เข้าใจไม่ตรงกันและไม่เข้าใจงาน ทำให้งานผิดพลาดได้ สำหรับตัวแทนผู้ประกอบการเห็นว่า มีปัญหาด้านความรู้ความเข้าใจระบบบัญชี ภาษี ใบกำกับ ภาษาอังกฤษ และการใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์

 The purposes of this research were (1) to study the achievement level of Co-operative Education project that follows to the objectives of the project, (2) to study the students’ satisfaction level in accounting major faculty of accounting who were attending to the project and to identify the entrepreneur’s satisfaction level, (3) to study the problem of Co-operative Education project. The sample of this research was 5 accounting major students and 3 companies that looked after students who were attended to the Co-operative Education project. The research tools were in-depth interview and observation. The data was analyzed by descriptive.
The results of this research were as follow;
        1. Most students were agreed to achieve all objectives. Students were well prepared on knowledge, manner, dressing, and adaptation to work atmosphere. The preparation on accounting were found that students had gained more experiences, development, know how to work with other, better attitude, patience, and responsibility.
        2. Students were satisfied with the preparation training at the highest level, which were the friendliness between instructor and student sheets and audio visual aids. Other than that were gotten at high level. And the most highly satisfied on students’ performance were the maturity, humility, conduct, morals, ethic, and discipline of student, and appropriate time to joy the program.
        3. The problems that based on students’ opinions were found that equipment was not enough, not up-to-date, miscommunication and don’t understand job description that caused to make mistake. The problems that based on entrepreneur were found that the accounting system did not well understand such as tax system, invoice, English language and the use of computer program.
