การศึกษาปัจจัยเชิงสาเหตุที่มีอิทธิพลต่อสุขภาพองค์รวม ของนักเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยเชิงสาเหตุที่มีอิทธิพลผลต่อสุขภาพองค์รวมของนักเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2 ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ (Quantitative) ผู้วิจัยได้กำหนดกรอบแนววิจัย จากการศึกษาแนวคิดทฤษฎีที่เกี่ยวข้อง และผ่านการตรวจสอบโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 5 ท่าน แล้วนำไปศึกษากับกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เป็นนักเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2 ภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2556 จำนวน 590 คน เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ที่มีความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.95 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเพื่อตรวจสอบความสอดคล้องของโมเดลเชิงสาเหตุกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์โดยโปรแกรม LISREL for Windows Version 9.1
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ปัจจัยเชิงสาเหตุที่มีอิทธิพลต่อสุขภาพองค์รวมของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2 ประกอบด้วยปัจจัยบุคคล (Person) มีผลทางตรงต่อสุขภาพองค์รวมและมีผลทางอ้อมผ่านทางพฤติกรรมสุขภาพของนักเรียน ปัจจัยด้านครอบครัว (Family) มีผลทางอ้อมต่อสุขภาพองค์รวมโดยผ่านทางพฤติกรรมสุขภาพของนักเรียน ปัจจัยด้านสภาพแวดล้อมทางสังคมภายในโรงเรียน (Environment) มีผลทางอ้อมต่อสุขภาพองค์รวมโดยผ่านทางพฤติกรรมสุขภาพของนักเรียน ปัจจัยด้านสภาพแวดล้อมทางสังคมภายนอกโรงเรียน (Social) มีผลทางอ้อมต่อสุขภาพองค์รวมโดยผ่านทางพฤติกรรมสุขภาพของนักเรียน ในขณะที่พฤติกรรมสุขภาพของนักเรียน (Behavior) มีผลทางตรงต่อสุขภาพองค์รวม ผลตรวจสอบความสอดคล้องของโมเดลเชิงสาเหตุกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ พบค่าไคสแควร์ มีค่า=385.3 ค่า p-value=0.00000 ที่องศาอิสระ=210 ค่า GFI=0.97 ค่า RMSEA=0.053 แสดงว่าโมเดลมีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ เมื่อพิจารณาน้ำหนักองค์ประกอบพบว่า ปัจจัยแฝงด้านสุขภาพองค์รวมทั้ง 5 ด้าน มีค่าน้ำหนักองค์ประกอบระหว่าง -18.28 ถึง 18.23 

The objectives of this research were 1) to study the causal factors affecting the Holistic Health of Mathayomsuksa 2 students and 2) to study factors of the Holistic Health of Mathayomsuksa 2 students. This research employed both experimental researches called mixed method research. The researcher formulated the conceptual framework to guide this research. This research involved 2 phrases.  Phrase 1 investigated the causal factors affecting the Holistic Health of Mathayomsuksa 2 and to study the factors of the Holistic Health of Mathayomsuksa 2. The sample group involved 300 students during the first semester of academic year 2013.  The instruments were validated by 5 experts.  Research instruments were carried out by 230 students. Phrase 2 investigated the factors of the Holistic Health of Mathayomsuksa 2. Data were statistically analyzed by mean, standard deviation and check the consistency of model with the empirical data by using LISREL for Windows Version 9.1.
The results were as follows  The components of the Holistic Health of Mathayomsuksa 2 students comprise: Person directly affect Holistic Health and indirectly affect Holistic Health.  Family indirectly affected Holistic Health. Environment indirectly affected Holistic Health. Social indirectly affected Holistic Health. Behavior directly affected Holistic Health. The  causal  relationship  model  provided  good  fit  to  the  empirical  data,  with  Chi-square  =  385.35,  p-value= 0.00000,  df = 210,  GFI=0.97,  RMSEA=0.053,  loading  factors  ranged  between -18.28  and  18.23.
