INNOVATION OF COMMUNITY TOURISM ROUTE MANAGEMENT FROM KHAO WANG TO KHAO DAEN BY THE PARTICIPATION PROCESS OF COMMUNITY NETWORK

Abstract

This research aims to 1) Study the context and potential of tourism management, 2) Develop innovation for community tourism route management on the route from Khao Wang to Khao Daen Phetchaburi Province, and 3). Assessing news media on community tourism routes. This research is research and development. There are 4 research steps which are step 1: Study the context and potential that can promote tourism. The sample group consisted of 400 people and tourists using a questionnaire, step 2: Participate in the community network participation workshop on tourism route management, key informants providers are tourism promotion officers, subdistrict administrative organization staff, community leaders and community representatives, a mounting to 40 people, step 3: Creation of media innovation for community tourism routes from Khao Wang to Khao Daen, and step 4: Evaluation of innovative media, developed community tourism routes by representatives of tourists and community members, amounting to 100 people. The statistics used to analyze the data include mean, standard deviation, and content analysis.
The findings showed that: 1) In the context of tourism on the route from Khao Wang to Khao Daen, there are many interesting attractions suitable for cultural tourism because they are outstanding, both historical sites, cultural attraction, natural attractions, attractions for recreation and lifestyle of Phetchaburi people, With such a context, it can be developed to promote the potential of tourism route management by using community-based tourism management at the highest level, 2) Developing innovative travel routes management created in Google Map format, integrated with new media using QR code system for public relations medium to study community tourism information on tourism routes in 2 forms, which are 1-day tourism and 2 days overnight 1 night stay, and 3) the results of the assessment of innovative media for community tourism routes on the route from Khao Wang to Khao Daen were: model 1 had a very high mean (gif.latex?\bar{X}= 4.41, SD=0.78) and model 2 had a very high mean (gif.latex?\bar{X}= 4.38, SD=0.83), which can be used toreally promote community tourism.
