LOCAL LEADERS TRAINING MODEL FOR CONCILIATION IN LOCAL COMMUNITY

Abstract
This article presents the Local leaders training model for conciliation in local community. The training has important role to people development locally as the local leader will take the lead in various development fields and therefore respected by the villages. Local leader also provide advises and settle the disputes among local people. Problems and violence in today's society globalization era as controversy conflict in society causing disaffection mind cause subsequent problems. Duties of local leaders will have to settle the conciliation and use their leadership in doing the said mission for social development to make people in the society behave well. It is needed by people in the local community need to supply tactical style in training for local leaders. Especially about knowledge and understanding in conciliation resolution as leaders in local communities need to developed their potential for understanding and various skills.
