Abstract

The contract is a juristic act with two or more parties agree to be bound in one of the legal relations. The legal effect of the contract must consider the composition of the integrity of the law. The case in this article is a mistake intention under Section 156 - 158 of the Civil and Commercial Code. The contract is the object of this study is the hire of services under Section 575 - 586 of the same code. Especially in relation to the intention of mistake in the binding of the juristic act with hire of services. This will be linked to the general principle of juridical integrity.
