THE ACHIEVEMENT OF CREATIVE AND PRODUCTIVE BASED LEARNING ACTIVITY OF UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS AT VALAYA ALONGKORN RAJABHAT UNIVERSITY UNDER THE ROYAL PATRONAGE

Abstract

The purposes of this research were: 1) to compare the learning achievement before and after learning of students with creative and productive based learning activity, 2) to study the creative skills of students with creative and productive based learning activity compared with 75 percent criteria, and 3) to study student satisfaction with creative and productive based learning activity. The sample used in this research was a group of undergraduate students at Valaya Alongkorn Rajabhat University under the Royal Patronage whom enrolled in Digital Intelligence (VGE 110) course in the semester of 1/2018 selected by using cluster random sampling total of 32 people. The tools used in this research were creative and productive based learning activity plans, a learning achievement test, a creative thinking skill test, and a satisfaction survey. The statistics used in this research were mean, standard deviation and t – test for dependent samples and t-test one sample group.


The results of the study showed that: 1) learning achievement after learning with creative and productive based learning activity had a higher average score at the statistical significance level of 0.05, 2) students had a higher average score of creative thinking skills after studying at an average of 78.75 percent which was higher than the specified criteria of 75 percent at the statistical significance level of 0.05, and 3) the student satisfaction towards creative and productive based learning activity at a high level, with a mean score of 4.46 and a standard deviation of 0.60.
