A MODEL OF GROUP DYNAMICS ACTIVITY FOR ENCOURAGING THE CHILDREN YOUTH AND TEACHER LIFE’S QUALITY IN KHOK-SUNG DISTRICT, SA-KAEO PROVINCE, THAILAND

Abstract

The objectives of research were 1) to develop the program of group dynamics activity for encouraging the quality of life, and 2) to study the effects of group dynamics activity on quality of life. The populations of this research are the Children Youth and Teacher in Khok-Sung District, Sa-Kaeo Province, Thailand. Samples used were community the Children Youth and Teacher who volunteered to participate in group activities. Use a simple random method of 40 people. The tools of this research were  1) The program of group dynamics activity, and 2) The operation evaluation tool that is Satisfaction Questionnaire. The data were analyzed by statistical program and the results are based on basic statistics there are the percentage, mean and standard deviation (S.D.). The study indicated that; 1) The program of group dynamics activity for encouraging the life’s quality consists of the community participation, the community empowerment analysis, the health’s nutrition promotion, an income reinforcement and the economy in the community. 2) The satisfied evaluation result of the Children Youth and Teacher in Khok-Sung District, Sa-Kaeo Province on learning by the program of group dynamics activity for encouraging the life’s quality in a very good level.
