The Development of School Administrative Effective Model for Schools under the Office of Nakhon Si Thammarat Private Education Commission

Abstract
Development an appropriate management model for private schools is a guideline leading to the development of good educational quality. This research aims to: 1) Study the current and desired conditions for effective management of educational institutions under the Office of the Private Education Commission, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province 2) Develop an effective management model for educational institutions under the Office of the Private Education Commission, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province 3) examine the effective administration model for educational institutions under the Office of the Private Education Commission, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province. This research was Research and development. This research was conducted in 3 stages : stage 1 was studying the current and desired conditions for effective management of educational institutions under the Office of the Private Education Commission. Qualitative: 5 experts were the target group of informants. Quantitative: 344 directors and education personnels of an educational institution, stage 2 Drafting an effective management model for educational institutions and stage 3 was examining the effective administration models of educational institutions through a seminar with 9 experts and a survey of 202 practitioners.
The results of the research were:
The current condition of effective administration of educational institutions is overall at a satisfactory level, and the desired condition of effective administration of educational institutions is overall at the highest level.
The result of developing an effective management model of educational institutions is the LPPIPP Model. The principles and rationale include participation and focus on results. The main objectives are the effectiveness of the educational institution and to raise results. The components include leadership, planning, participation , information, personnel, and process.
The results of the examination of effective management models of educational institutions are of the highest level of usefulness, accuracy, appropriateness, and feasibility.
