Abstract

Access the rights of people with disabilities to receive various services and received various services from the government in an uneven manner or have their rights restricted in receiving services from government agencies which is contrary to human rights principles As provided in the Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand, B.E. 2017, Section 4 states that human dignity, rights, freedom, and equality of persons shall be protected.
