Abstract
This research aims to: The School Administration to Enhance career skills of the students of opportunity expansion school in primary education area in greater Mekong subregion. It is qualitative research.The objectives of this research were to: The objectives of this research were to:1) study the condition of educational institution management to provide students with vocational skills; 2) develop educational institution management to provide students with vocational skills, 3) Evaluate school management to enhance students' vocational skills. The school has expanded opportunities for primary education in the Mekong Subregion. Through the use of comprehensive research methods, there are three stages: the first stage is to study the school management conditions and provide students with professional skills. A sample of 488 people. The tool was a questionnaire with a confidence level of 87. In the second stage, school management guidelines were developed to improve students' vocational skills. By analyzing the strengths and weaknesses in a group discussion of 9 experts, and checking the accuracy of the third stage discussion. Evaluate school management through expert seminars directly based on stakeholders to enhance students' professional skills. 30 people evaluate and review the effectiveness, applicability, and feasibility guidelines. The results of the research showed that. 1.Results of a study of the management conditions of educational Institutions in order to provide students with vocational skills. The schools have expanded opportunities for primary education in the Mekong Subregion. Analyze strengths and weaknesses by identifying the midpoint of the problem. Overall, there was a high level of practice. 2. Results of development of educational institution management to Provide students with vocational skills. The schools have expanded opportunities for primary education in the Mekong Subregion. Research has found that the development issues of this guide can be divided into 5 components and 36 sub-issues there was a high level. 3. Results of the evaluation of educational institution management to Provide students with vocational skills. The schools have expanded opportunities for primary education in the Mekong Subregion. The results of the evaluation of educational institution management in terms of usefulness, appropriateness, and feasibility. The opinion level was at the level of strongly agree in every aspect there was a high level.
