The Policy Proposals for the Community Participatory Management in Small Primary Schools Under the Office of the Basic Education Commission: A Case Study Under the Office of Nong Bua Lam Phu Primary Educational Service Area

Abstract

          The purposes of this research were 1) to investigate the conditions of community participatory management, 2) to construct the policy proposals community participatory management, and 3) to examine and evaluate policy proposals of community participatory management in small primary schools under Office of the Basic Education Commission.  The policy research design was used in this study consisted of 3 phases. The results of this research were as follows:
           1. The conditions of community participatory management in small primary schools under Office of the Basic Education Commission overall were at the high level, when considering each aspect, they were at the high level in all
          2. The draft of policy proposals community participatory management in small primary schools under Office of the Basic Education Commission consisted of Policy Objective, Policy Means, Policy Mechanism. The components consisted of 5 aspects: the participation in planning and goal setting, the participation in practice, the participation in decision making, the participation in benefits, and the participation in evaluation.
          3. The evaluation of policy proposals community participatory management in small primary schools under Office of the Basic Education Commission showed the highest level of appropriateness, congruity, feasibility, and utility across all aspects.
