Abstract

          The research aims to study 1) happiness at work that affects the work efficiency of operations staff in the aircraft parts manufacturing industry in Chonburi Province 2) quality of work life that affects the work efficiency of employees. Operations staff in the aircraft parts manufacturing industry in Chonburi Province 3) The influence of work happiness that affects the work efficiency of operations employees in the industry. producing aircraft parts in Chonburi province and 4) the influence of quality of work life that affects the work efficiency of operating employees in the aircraft parts manufacturing industry in Chonburi province Quantitative data collection Probability sampling was used. and using an online questionnaire. The sample group consisted of operational employees, both male and female, aged over 18 years, working in 4 companies in the aerospace parts manufacturing industry. Chonburi Province In the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC) development project and received investment promotion from the Office of the Board of Investment (BOI), there were 183 people.
          The study found that 1) happiness in working relationships was high overall, 2) quality of life, adequate and fair work compensation, 3) quality work efficiency.
          The results of the hypothesis test found that 1) job satisfaction, relationship and love in work influenced the work efficiency of operations staff in Chonburi's aircraft parts industry, And the satisfaction of successful work. In terms of recognition, there is no influence on the performance of operations staff in Chonburi's aircraft parts manufacturing industry. 2) Quality of work life, adequate and fair work compensation, working environment that takes into account safety and health, progress and security in social integration or collaboration, democratic organization and socially beneficial job characteristics. The effectiveness of operations personnel in Chonburi's aircraft parts manufacturing industry.And quality of working life, opportunity to develop the ability of workers, and balance between work and personal life have no influence on operational efficiency of employees in Chonburi's aircraft parts manufacturing industry.
