A CAUSAL MODEL OF DIGITAL LEADERSHIP, SCHOOL CLIMATE AND ORGANIZATIONAL AGILITY, WITH TEACHER COMPETENCY AS A MEDIATOR, AFFECTING TO TEACHING EFFICIENCY OF TEACHER IN PRIMARY SCHOOL UNDER THE OFFICE OF BASIC EDUCATION COMMISSION

Abstract
The objective of this research 1) to study the conceptual about digital leadership, school climate, organizational agility, teacher competency, and teaching efficiency of teacher in primary school under the office of basic education commission 2) to develop the causal model of digital leadership, school climate and organizational agility, with teacher competency as a mediator, affecting to teaching efficiency of teacher in primary school under the office of basic education commission 3) to examine the consistency of the causal model of digital leadership, school climate and organizational agility, with teacher competency as a mediator, affecting to teaching efficiency of teacher in primary school under the office of basic education commission with empirical data. This is quantitative research. A samples of 600 from school administrators and heads of academic affairs. The instrument was a questionnaire, constructed by the researcher with the overall reliability of 0.98. The data was analyzed using percentage, mean, standard deviation and structural equation modeling analysis. The finding was as follows; 1) research results the conceptual about digital leadership, school climate, organizational agility, teacher competency, affecting to teaching efficiency of teacher in primary school under the office of basic education commission 2) research results to develop the causal model of digital leadership, school climate and organizational agility, with teacher competency as a mediator, affecting to teaching efficiency of teacher in primary school under the office of basic education commission has suitability 3) examine the consistency of the causal model of digital leadership, school climate and organizational agility, with teacher competency as a mediator, affecting to teaching efficiency of teacher in primary school under the office of basic education commission were fitted to empirical data. (χ2 =170.53 df = 1.24 P-value=0.05154,GFI=0.97,AGFI=0.94,RMR=0.022 and RMSEA=0.020)
