Apart from English camps hosted in Thailand, international English camps hosted in another country with participants from different countries, religions and backgrounds who spend a period of time together will create more opportunities to shape responsible global citizen.  In addition, they are more likely to learn better and be more engaged in new non-formal environment since they become excited with new environment, cultures, experience and new international friends they have interacted throughout the camp. The guidelines for organizing international English camps in ASEAN Economic Community countries are limited; therefore, this academic article suggests the guidelines for teachers who organize international English camp programs and activities with international partnered universities.
