Confirmatory Factor Analysis of Servant Leadership of Development for Local Development of Student Leaders at Rajabhat Universities

Abstract
The objective of this research was to confirm the factors and indicators of servant leadership of Development for the Local Development of Student Leaders at Rajabhat Universities. The samples were 620 student leaders studying at Rajabhat Universities. The data were collected by employing a measuring pattern (questionnaire) measuring servant leadership adapted from Robert K. Greenleaf’s principle comprising the first 10 factors and 40 indicators, and the second 3 factors and 10 indicators. The data were analyzed and checked the second confirmatory factor through MPlus.
The findings revealed that the results of the consistency of the leadership structure model on Servant Leadership of Development for Local Development of Student Leaders at Rajabhat Universities were consistent with the empirical data by considering the harmonious consistency index including Chi-Square = 2239.213, df= 727, P-Value= 0.000, CFI = 0.971, TLI=0.969, RMSEA = 0.058 and WRMR= 1.440.
