School Administration Strategies for Developing Moral Principle and Ethics Of Primary Students under the Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office 2

Abstract

          The objectives of this study are 1) study current conditions and desirable conditions of school administration for developing moral principle and ethics of primary students2) study requirements of school administration for developing moral principle and ethics of primary students 3) develop strategy for school administration strategies for developing moral principle and ethics of primary students This research employed a mixed method approach. Data was collected from 72 primary schools’ administrators in 87 schools under the rayong primary educational service area office 2 by means of questionnaires, workshop, brainstorming and Group discussions. The data was analyzed using descriptive statistics, frequencies, percentages, mean values, and standard deviations. Priority needs were analyzed using the modified priority needs index (PNI_modified)
         The results of the study are concluded as the following: 1) The study of current conditions and desirable conditions is high and highest. 2) The study of average PNI_modified value of school administration for developing moral principle and ethics of primary students under the rayong primary educational service area office 2 for school management (= 0.080) and 3) School administration strategies for developing moral principle and ethics of primary students under the rayong primary educational service area office 2 include 7 strategies ; (1) Encourage developing moral principle and ethics curriculum, (2) Further school administrator teacher and personnel to be a model of morality and ethics, (3) Encourage integration moral principle and ethics in teaching and learning, (4) Administration and develop learning according to philosophy of the sufficiency economy, (5) Encourage learners’ develop activities according to the community’s way to be able to apply in students’ daily life. (6) Further participatory process Connecting network partners society, and Bowon. (7) Encourage providing a school environment that is conducive to student learning.
