The Process of Driving Research Plan for Value Creation of Processed Agricultural Products Based on Khao Pa Na Le identity, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province with Modern Innovation and Management

Abstract

          This academic article on the process of driving research plan for adding value of processed agricultural products based on Khao Pa Na Le identity, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province with innovation and modern management. It was created to find out the process of driving research plan that consists of 6 research projects. The objectives of this research plan are to study the community context, social capital and cultural capital of processed agricultural products based on Khao Pa Na Le identity,Nakhon Si Thammarat Province. This will lead to value creation of processed agricultural products based on Khao Pa Na Le identity, and transfer of innovation and modern management of processed agricultural products based on Khao Pa Na Le identity to generate income for the grassroots economy. The process consists of setting up research project to solve the problem and considering the qualifications of the research team, discussion with network partners to point out goals, transferring research information among research projects, adjusting the action plan during the research, applying knowledge from research projects to develop entrepreneurial skills and building a network of users to be sustainable.
