Risk Management Under the Corona Virus Disease 2019 Situation of Abhakornkiatiwong Hospital, Sattahip Naval Base

Abstract

          To confront with Coronavirus Disease 2019 Situation, was emergency of public health. Administrative agency imposes urgent operational measures on service area limit control, whereas hospital and medical professionals being refuge and hope of people. Causing the limit of control relevant context and bring about risk of hospital management. The purpose of this research is to study personal opinion towards risk management and compare risk management under the Coronavirus Disease 2019 situation of Abhakornkiatiwong Hospital, Sattahip Naval Base. Classified by individual characteristic factor. Data were collected from the sample group, whose were medical personnel Under Abhakornkiatiwong Hospital, Sattahip Naval Base for 200 people by Stratified Sampling in 11 work groups, and make a Simple Random Sampling. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics were frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. And inferential analysis were t-test, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA), the results of the research were as follows. 
          Overall risk management of Abhakornkiatiwong Hospital, Sattahip Naval Base has a very high level of management. When considering each aspect in descending order. There is the highest level of risk management in terms of formulate a strategy and objectives. Followed by information, communication and report. And next is review and improvement, performance goals, and in terms of corporate governance and organizational culture, respectively. After the compared, it was found out that according to what had been assumption. The medical personnel in different working group have different opinions in terms of information, communication and report. And different work experience of medical personnel have different opinions in terms of formulate a strategy and objectives at the statistical level of .05. The medical personnel with different risk management training experiences have different opinions in terms of review and improvement at the statistical level of .01.
