The Development of Environment Learning of the Learner : A Study in Long Industrial and Community Education College

Abstract

          This research the objective is to study the current condition. Necessary needs find development approaches and assess the suitability and feasibility of approaches for the development of environment learning of the learner in long industrial and community education college. The sample group was divided into 3 phases: Phase 1 was the director, the deputy director, the teacher, the school committee. and students Long Vocational College, a total of 196 people. Phase 2 is the Director, Deputy Director of Supervisory Education, Teachers, Educational Institutions Committee. and students, a total of 12 people, and the third phase is the director, deputy director The educational institute committees and teachers consisted of 53 people. The research instruments were questionnaires and group discussion forms. The statistics used in the data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and content analysis.
          The results of the research found that
          1. The present condition and learning environment of students of the Long Vocational College, including 3 aspects, were at a moderate level. The aspect with the highest mean was social aspect, followed by physical aspect and psychological aspect, respectively. The need for necessity as a whole of the three aspects was at a high level. The aspect with the highest mean was physical aspect, followed by psychological and social aspect, respectively.
          2. Approaches for developing learning environment for students of Long Vocational College in 3 aspects: 1) Physical aspect: The college renovated the electrical system inside the classroom. mobilize resources for the development of sports fields and recreation areas to function normally Make the garden have shade. have enough seats And there is a source of drinking water available. Build more gazebos or sitting corners in the surrounding areas and buildings 2) Psychologically, the college has increased the number of bins at various locations around the college grounds. set waste disposal measures Make a project to improve the building to be safe for students. Allocate enough budget to improve the learning environment. encouraging teachers to use learning resources in learning management so that students can build knowledge by themselves; Students and parents meet to form a network to exchange information. Assign students to organize activities by themselves. Ask students to share their opinions on the format of various activities. Teachers manage learning in an active learning style, emphasizing a project-based model.
          3. The appropriateness of the learning environment management approach of the students of the College of Professional Studies overall in 3 aspects was at a very good level. The highest mean was social aspect, followed by psychological and physical aspects, respectively. As for the likelihood, the overall picture of the three aspects was at a good level. The highest mean was psychological, followed by social and physical, respectively.
          Research results mentioned above researcher has adopted a possible approach to the development of environment learning of the learner in long industrial and community education college.
