Needs assessment is necessary to develop innovative thinking skills of Administrators of small secondary schools in Nakhon Phanom Province

Abstract

          This research It aims to 1) study the components of innovative thinking skills of small secondary school administrators 2) to study the realities and conditions for developing innovative thinking skills of small secondary school administrators 3) Assess the need and need to develop innovative thinking skills of small secondary school administrators. 4) Propose guidelines for developing innovative thinking skills Innovation of small secondary school administrators The sample group used in this research consisted of 46 school administrators, 206 teachers, 252 teachers in total. The sample size was determined using Krejcie and Morgan tables (Stage Random Sampling) The research tool was a 5-level estimation scale questionnaire In fact, there was a precision between 0.60 - 1.00, a discriminant power between 0.39 - 0.89 and a confidence factor of 0.98. The supposed condition side had a precision between 0.60 - 1.00, a power of discrimination between 0.72 -0.92, a confidence factor 0.99 and the development approach interview form The statistics used to analyze the data were frequency, mean, standard deviation.           The results of the research can be summarized as follows

          2. It was found that the condition that should be in the innovation thinking skills of the administrators of small secondary schools Overall, it was found that it was at a high level. The overall reality was at a moderate level
          3. It was found that there was a need for developing linkage skills first, followed by in terms of valuable playing skills and mixed thinking skills
          4. Approaches for developing innovative thinking skills for administrators of small secondary schools according to the following components: 1) Connectivity Skills 2) Valuable Play Skills 3) Blend Thinking Skills
