Leadership in The Digital Age of School Administrator under the Nakronsawan Secondary Education Service Area Office

Abstract
The objectives of this research (1) were to study the leadership in the digital age of school administrator under the Nakronsawan Secondary Education Service Area Office; and (2) to compare leadership in the digital age of school administrator under the Nakronsawan Secondary Education Service Area Office classified by educational level, work experience and size of educational. The sample group consisted of 324 teachers in schools under the Nakronsawan Secondary Education Service Area Office. By using basic statistics, i.e, mean, standard deviation t-test (Independent Samples) and F-test (One-way ANOVA).
The results of the research showed that 1) the study leadership in the digital age of school administrator under the Nakronsawan Secondary Education Service Area Office overall, it’s at a high level. The highest mean is digital vision at a high level, followed by digital literacy at a high level and the lowest mean level was digital communication at a high level. 2) Comparison of leadership in the digital age of school administrator under the Nakronsawan Secondary Education Service Area Office classified by educational level, work experience and the size of the educational institutions found that the overall was not different.
